The island’s sandy white beaches and walks under the shade of coconut palms, tropical fruit trees such as banana and papaya will linger in you mind forever. The 227 rooms on Meeru are well furnished and all have a sea view. Standard rooms are built in 4 - 6 room blocks and have air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, hot and cold showers. Meeru land and water villas are individual wooden bungalows with a private veranda and have special cane furnishing. All have air-conditioning, telephone, hot and cold water, mini fridge, and a spacious bathroom with adjoining garden and CD players in the water villas. A special feature of Meeru is its Honeymoon Villas built in the lagoon about 60 meters away from the beach, with no connections to the island.
